Join us for our next exclusive professional skills training for women:

From managing conflict to breaking bad news, we all face conversations that we’d rather avoid. There is no escaping difficult conversations. They affect all areas of our life and they are, like it or not, here to stay.

But it isn’t all bad news… Increasing your ability to handle difficult conversations and steer communication towards win/win outcomes is a skill you can learn. And it is a skill worth investing in if you’d like to encourage clarity, positive relationships and effectiveness.

In this interactive and practical workshop we will:

  • Identify what we mean by a difficult conversation,
  • Discover why difficult conversations are good for us and why we avoid them,
  • Explore “fight” and “flight” response patterns and how to manage them,
  • Learn effective body language to support our message,
  • Practice impact language and “DANCE steps” for having difficult conversations.

Spaces are limited, so please register now. If you require a travel bursary or have any questions please contact us on info@thecircle.org.uk. Please note, this is a trans* inclusive workshop.
